Momma & 2 cubs playing on an ice floe, made by Native carver, Wilson Okoomealingok. Wilson is a Yupik Eskimo from the village of Savoonga, on St. Lawrence Island, Alaska. He is most famous for his carvings of polar bear families at play. This piece is solid walrus ivory 9 inches long, 2 inches wide and about 2.75 inches tall. Currently an exceptionally low price for the value. This is a very nice carving.
